Antique Wellington chests

Antique Wellington chests were first seen during the 1820s and are identified by their tall narrow shape, usually with seven drawers. Instead of each drawer having its own lock, they have a single locking mechanism in the form of a hinged flap on the right, which locks over the antique drawer fronts to stop them opening. This is one of my favourite pieces, one of my friends collects these kind of antiques.
