How to collect antique firearms?

In this topic, the beginner collector should observe the following steps:

*The condition and quality are priority. When you go to purchase an antique firearm, examine the condition of the product respective to age. Restorations can be tolerated if are well done but abstain excessive restoration and cleaning.

*A collection of two or three quality pieces is better than a larger quantity of dubious quality.

*Keep your collection stored or displayed in secure conditions.

*Old antique weapons don’t require a license but we recommend professional advice before purchase a piece. No license is required to own, buy/sell or exchange antique firearms in the UK, but each country have their own laws.
