Martini Metford MkIV 1886

The british rifle Martini Metford based in the Martini falling-block action and with a barrel designed by the British Engineer W. Metford, a barrel with five or seven rifling turns. This rifle has a straight English stock. Some antique firearms collectors says that the Martini Metford is the intermediate rifle of the Martini-Henry and the Martini-Enfield of 1889 (7.6 mm calibre).
